SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS IN CALIFORNIA
In accordance with the new California state laws on vaping, we are required to make a phone call to you after 5:00pm before we can ship out your order. The phone call will go to the main phone number listed under your shipping address and can go to either a person or voicemail. Please ensure that the phone number you have on file is correct in order to avoid any unnecessary delays. If you need to change the phone number, please reach out to us ASAP at sales@vapecentric.com. In addition, please note that it is now against state law to ship "tobacco products" to PO Boxes in CA, and that by law we must ship your order to your billing address. Again, please contact us ASAP at sales@vapecentric.com if the designated shipping address on your order is a PO Box or different from your billing address.

Any persons using, reading, and/or purchasing products on this website agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms, conditions, and other applicable laws. You must be the age of majority in your state (18 in most states, 21 in others) to purchase products from this site. By using this website, you agree that you are the age of majority and also agree to the following terms and conditions.
WARNING
Our products are not smoking cessation products and have not been tested as such. Our products are intended for use by adults of legal smoking and vaping age in their relevant jurisdiction, and not by children, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or taking medicine for depression or asthma, or who otherwise may be sensitive to nicotine. Nicotine is addictive and habit forming, and it is toxic by inhalation, in contact with the skin, or if swallowed. Ingestion of the non-vaporized concentrated e-liquid ingredients can be poisonous. Keep away from children and pets. If ingested, immediately consult your doctor or vet. Our e-liquid products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration nor are they intended to treat, mitigate, prevent or cure any disease or condition.

Limitation of Liability
Vapecentric shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Vapecentric has been advised of the possibility of such damages. International Shipping
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Vapecentric! We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law.
In addition, Vapecentric does NOT currently ship to all countries. We are rolling out international shipping one country at a time as we research which locations are the most lenient toward e-liquid importation, and offer us the lowest risk of fraudulent transactions. Currently Vapecentric is only shipping to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the UK, with more countries coming soon.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Vapecentric product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vapecentric reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vapecentric reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vapecentric shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Substitutions
If necessary for the fulfillment of orders in a timely manner, Vapecentric reserves the right to, and may at times choose to without notice, substitute different size bottles of any eliquid ordered by the customer (i.e. same exact flavor and nicotine strength) as long as the total volume remains the same (e.g. shipping to the customer two 15ml bottles of the same exact flavor and nicotine strength instead of one 30ml bottle; or fulfiling an order for a 120ml bottle with four 30ml bottles, or even eight 15ml bottles).
Items labeled as "Overstock" or "Closeout"
Vapecentric will often drastically reduce a price on a product and mark it as "Overstock" or "Closeout." We do this to give customers exceptionally low pricing on items which may be approaching, or has passed, its recommended use date. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and understand that all eliquid items marked as "Overstock" or "Closeout" on its product page may be approaching, or has passed, its recommended use date. When purchasing such items labeled as "Overstock" or "Closeout," you acknowledge that you may receive an item approaching or past its recommended use date. Further, if you purchase an item marked as "Overstock" or "Closeout" and you receive an item approaching, or past, its recommended use date, you agree to not hold Vapecentric responsible. All sales of items labeled as "Overstock" or "Closeout" are final, and items are sold "as is." No refund or store credit will be given for eliquid items marked "Overstock" or "Closeout."
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vapecentric without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Customer Accounts
Your store account may be considered inactive after 6 months of no orders being placed. If we determine your store account to be inactive, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to delete your account. If we do make that determination, you will lose any record of your past orders, as well as any rewards points which may be tied to your store account. In addition, by creating an account or shopping at this store, you are agreeing to permit Vapecentric to send you, via email, information regarding sales, new products, or other promotional emails. However, rest assured that Vapecentric will never share/sell your email address or personal information with any person or organization.
Notice
Vapecentric may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Vapecentric.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Vapecentric products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Vapecentric products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Vapecentric’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Vapecentric may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vapecentric or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Vapecentric does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Vapecentric is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Vapecentric reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Vapecentric in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vapecentric, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
