Shipping & Returns
Our shipping system is streamlined for your convenience and affordability. All orders ship from sunny Los Angeles, CA. If you get your order in by 2:30pm pacific time, your order will more than likely ship the very same day (depending on our shipping load). If USPS is open, we're shipping orders out, and that includes most Saturdays, too!
eLiquids 15ml (or smaller) ship for $2.99 for the first item and increases by $0.50 each for the first 5 additional bottles, until you reach $6.45, which is the shipping price for 6-8 items. 9+ items will need to be shipped in a medium flat-rate box due to the size and weight of the order, so it will cost $10.99 in shipping. For you convenience, we've itemized the shipping below:
- 1 item: $2.99 flat rate total shipping
- 2 items: $3.49 flat rate total shipping
- 3 items: $3.99 flat rate total shipping
- 4 items: $4.49 flat rate total shipping
- 5 items: $4.99 flat-rate total shipping
- 6-8 items: $6.49 flat-rate total shipping
- 9+ items: $10.99 flat-rate total shipping
30ml bottles will be counted as 1.5 items, and many other items will be counted as 2 items due to size or weight and therefore the price will increase by $1
- For example:
- 1-30ml bottle = $3.49
- 2-30ml bottles = $4.49
- 3-30ml bottles = $5.49
- 4-6 30ml bottles will cost only $6.49 shipping, and will likely be shipped USPS Priority
- 6+ 30ml bottles will cost $10.99 in USPS Priority shipping (due to the size and weight of such an order, we will need to ship them using a medium flat-rate box)
- MAX Shipping Charge for US addresses is $11.99 (we will never charge you over $11.99 in shipping charges no matter how many items you purchase)
All US orders of $50+ are eligible for our free shipping option (USPS standard shipping). Please note that the $50 total is calculated after any discounts and coupon codes, and does not include tax or shipping. If the "Free Shipping" option does not show up for you at checkout, that means that you are ineligible for free shipping.
Some larger orders will automatically be upgraded to USPS priority mail at no extra cost to you!
Please note that choosing an expedited shipping option, such as USPS Priority or Fed-Ex 2-Day, does not necessarily mean you will receive expedited processing -- we pack and ship all orders in the order in which they were placed, in fairness to all our customers.
Fed-Ex orders do not ship on Saturdays, but USPS orders do. Fed-Ex 2-Day does not deliver on weekends. Although Fed-Ex guarantees 2-day delivery, they mean 2 business days, and does not count weekends (Monday-Friday).
We ship to APO, FPO, and many countries internationally, including Australia and Canada! If we don't ship to your country yet, make sure to check back, because we are always adding new shipping destinations! :)
Please allow up to 1-2 business days processing time for APO/FPO and international orders . We are not responsible for packages seized by your nation's customs enforcement, but we will do our best to avoid such seizures.
PLEASE NOTE: due to new FDA regulations, we are no longer relabeling bottles for any international orders -- All international orders are placed at the buyer's sole risk. We will not be held responsible, and are not liable, for international orders not reaching their destinations outside of the US for any reason.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Vapecentric. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs. In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.
All sales on liquids are final.
Sales on vaping hardware (mods, atomizers, etc.) are final; however we may choose, at our sole discretion, to credit, exchange, or replace certain defective products. Of course, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we will reasonably take steps to resolve any issues. We are also happy to assist any of our customers with user support on products purchased - customer service is our top priority, so just shoot us a message from your account dashboard. We're very friendly, and will usually respond within 24 hours on business days.
Again, at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund in certain circumstances (for example, if we have made an error, etc.). In the event you are offered, and accept, a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper - however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If we choose to accept a return or offer a refund, amounts of $5 or less will only be redeemable as a store credit. Amounts over $5 can be either refunded or credited to your Vapecentric account, whichever is preferred by the customer.
